    Must i use a machine for glute ham raises? our strength coach has us have a partner put his weight on our feet while we start on our knees and go down and touch our chest, hands, fists, FACE, etc. and come back up. That's our version...

    I have no clue right now, our strength training coach hasn't assigned bench press to us for over 2 weeks, so I've just been doing it myself. I dont' really know what i'm going to do, I plan to one day figure out the Westside Program, but until then, I will probably just play it by ear.... dumb...

    thanks everyone, i know about the clean stuff, and good fats, and all that stuff, my only question really was if the numbers would get me to my goal.

    that is just the example, i would just change the numbers around from 200 to 240, like instead of 200x12, i would go with 240x12, etc., etc.
