I don't know the ingredients to this supplement but does it have a high level of caffine in? You often get headaches from caffine if taken in high quantities, when you suddenly stop. Just a thought!

Here in th Uk we have a product called Nytol which I've used, it's non addictive and sounds like Need To Sleep.
The problem with some products is once you start taking them and they begin to work you can't not take them
or you don't sleep. Can be very addictive, try a herbal one first.

Sounds like you need to up your protein intake to beef up some. How many calories to you take a day?
If you are training 6 days a week then you need around 5000 per day to put on real muscle, or you are running on empty.

Thanks for your thoughts...good point! Must admit I do get a bit jaded before i start my weights. I do change my workout every few weeks or it becomes tedious and as you say muscles get used to it.
Will make a point of just running to the gym then do the weights and leave the cardio...

Read somewher last year about doing 1st set lightish with 12-14 reps...
