    Here in th Uk we have a product called Nytol which I've used, it's non addictive and sounds like Need To Sleep. The problem with some products is once you start taking them and they begin to work you can't not take them or you don't sleep. Can be very addictive, try a herbal one first. Brad

    Sounds like you need to up your protein intake to beef up some. How many calories to you take a day? If you are training 6 days a week then you need around 5000 per day to put on real muscle, or you are running on empty. Brad
