Im 6'3" 20 yrs old and after a couple of months of getting back to the gym i now weigh in at 165lbs. Ya i no its not that great but its 15lbs more than when i started. But newayz id just like to know some good products/supplements that would be good for putting on weight. My diet is at where it should be and train 6 days a week(very little cardio). As of now i take NOxplode, whey protein, animal flex(for joints) and livercare. I have a very fast metabolism but see alot of results in the mirror just alot less on the scale. Any suggestions???

how many of these are you going to make? First how many calories are you eating per day? You should also find out what your RMR (resting metabolic rate) is; how many calories you burn per day etc. Usually its the diet and not the amount of supps you take on weight gain/weight loss. Remember supplements are supplements they supplement (add-on) to your diet, not replace them.

Don't touch any supplements other than protein powder.

You need to get your shit together in your diet. Your diet is probably TERRIBLE if you are 6'3 165. Dude I'm the same height as you and I was 165 lbs when I was like 14. You have to eat a lot of food and lift hard. If you eat good clean food and lots of protein you will gain muscle and not fat. You need to eat 5000 calories a day at least and lift hard.

I would agree but add in a multi-vitamin.

Sounds like you need to up your protein intake to beef up some. How many calories to you take a day?
If you are training 6 days a week then you need around 5000 per day to put on real muscle, or you are running on empty.
