I dont know, i would think that mixing flax seed oil and protein is a little different then mixing chemicals. I have also heard that mixing water and oil isnt good but have no idea why? Maybe the chemicals will react to each other?????? I dont know?

I dont know bout taking it alll at once since ill go up to 6 daily. I space them out threw out the day or ill get a stroke. Also dont take them to late or ull have trouble sleeping....
