As long as the purity is the same and the caps have the same amounts in them then it should work the same. I believe mr. JAM had a lab test the monsterdrol and it came back something like 99.9 percent pure! Im sure someone can expand on this.

How old are you? what is your build? Id say you can lose alot more weight without the use of supps. for 6'3" i would try to get below at least 300 but strive for under 275.

I've used it in the past, and had success with it. It works better for me when i take it after longer runs. As far as recovery from lifting, I haven't noticed as great of an effect but it seems to help a little.

I take in about 40g's at a time, and i consider myself an endurance athlete with power/strength being worked in as part of my workouts. I stay lean with this but when i go higher i get bad gas/frequent trips to the shitter.
