    Man if any of you are from BC or live near there pick up some whey protein called Bio-X whey power its the best tasting shit I have ever tried and Im talking just mixed with water. 24pro per scoop not bad for a Conc/Iso whey formula. Cost $50 Canadian for 5 Lbs of it.

    I have all those formulas on a university nutrition program on my computer. Yours seems to be around 70 grams. If you dont want the insulin spike eat a portion of 70% complex to 30% simple.

    Something that always bothered me...

    Meso's just have that hateful ability to grow from just about anything they do. From curling 10 pound dumbells they grow! From eating 3 times a day they grow! It makes me mad sometimes that Im an etoc lol!

    Though those routines are nicely set up they should have a rest day thrown inbetween day 1-2 and day 2-3. day 1 workout day 2 rest day 3 workout day 4 rest day 5 workout ect depending on your recovery ability. The body needs rest to grow.

    Yea you can buy a standardized curcumin pill thats alot stronger than the spice at most health food stores. Yes curcumin is one of the strongest natural anti-inflammatorys around. Comparable to cortisol.
