    Personally I never stop using creatine. Never been an issue with me. Dont forget your body produces minimal ammounts of creatine without supplementation of it, so its not like you'll fuck yourself up on the inside if you dont cycle it. Your body can only absorb 7grams of creatine per day anyhow...
