    4K worth of clean cals is a shit load of food. I don't work or go to school and I have trouble chocking down 3k and all I do is eat ! I'm cutting at 230 @ 8.5% right now. Why are you eating 4K cals ? what are your stats ?

    technically there is no such thing as lactose free milk (well at least in the USA). the additon of the lactase enzyme to the milk only breaks down the lactose to glucose and galactose. the sugars are not removed just pre-digested...
