I'm going to start some liquid clen in the next few days and I'm wondering what the dosage if for a woman. I've already tried clen in the past and had good results.
I've used Syrus in the past and I've just switched to Green Leaf. Has anyone noticed different results between the two brands of anavar? EG, one weaker than the other?

I'm not sure about fat burners anymore. I've taken many in the past and it seems like they do nothing for me. I get more from ECA but I only take that once a day, just before my workout. I'd like to try something diff this time but don't want to waste my money!!

Well, I think i'm going to follow this plan as well. Got a few questions, not sure if I missed them or not, but for chest, do u pause between exercises? On avg, how long does it take you for each workout? I'm going to start this on Monday!!!
