It's unlikely that Hoodia would work unless you have a version that can be absorbed bucally. Lipoflame would work much better.

A fat burner initiates lipolysis (fat burning) through increased metabolic activity...an appetite suppressant simply decreases your desire to eat. A true fat burner will allow you to eat what was previously your maintenance level of calories and still lose fat...an appetite suppressant may also help you lose fat, but it's through a reduced caloric intake based on the desire to eat less. Ideally, you'd want both in a fat loss formula.

I am in Ontario - tried ordering it online tonight via the above link - tells me

So I ordered LeanFire instead - which I've used before and I LOVE it. I have a mitral valve prolapse so some things I can't take because of side effects w/my heart. This stuff I can take. If anything, it gives me a huge energy boost which I REALLY need right now, not sure about fat burning though... any of you have an opinions on this stuff?
