Also I'm am sure the amount of iron does not significantly effect digestion time. About how much would it be effected by?
Sure the sugar in the raisins can be bad, but they are also high in antioxidants and minerals. Sticking with raisin bran can be good.
Grapes have a higher maltodextrine to fructose ratio than any other fruit. Don't believe me? Research it for yourself. Why do you think medications are taken with grape juice to increase bioavailability? Because grape juice shuttles it to the body quickly because of its high maltodextrine content.

skiing will do the same. the only differences between the two are the angles that the muscles are worked, if you are working at the same heartrate and burning the same amount of cals.
the gel will not make the nolva work locally. It will be distributed into the blood stream, and unfortunetly, you will be putting alot of filler and crap possibly into your blood stream. I would stick to oral.

Take whey with a high GI carb IMMEDIATELY as soon as you wake up to boost insulin and break the catabolism spell that your body went through at night. About half an hour later, go with breaky. I believe whey should be included at any meal where there is another source of slower digesting...
