    Had a carb-up day today....

    hehe i just did my carbup day too. 2nd carbup for me in my diet. I learned a lot from the first one. Today i ate about 70% carbs, 20% prot and 10% fat. NO simple carbs and toward the end of the day low GI carbs. Felt good but had a hard time eating 4800cals and 800g of carbs =( I'm bloated now =(

    % of daily protein from whey ?

    What % of my daily protein intake should come from whey Right now i'd say i'm at around 17% . 2 servings on non workout days and on workout days i'm at around 30% (4 servings). How do these numbers sound? What's the max % of protein that should come from whey on a daily basis ?

    How to eat 6 Whey servings in 1 stting ???

    Hey guys is it safe to have four whey servings a day ? Two in the AM (52g of protein) with oatmeal and two more afterworkout (52g again) ? The other 200g i get from real food. Thanks! ANd ok that 6 whey scoops stuff was stupid..might a been a typo on the guy's diet..

    Sorry if repost but while surfing I found this study: http://www.exrx.net/FatLoss/HIITvsET.html damn... 300% more fatloss than endurance cardio. Imagine doing these in the morning on an empty stomach.. bam! fat begone.
