Can anyone recommed a good non-injectable for a fist cycle. Basically looking for a little of both mass and cutting. Also, how long should this first cycle go for?? Already been lifting for some time just need better gains (who doesn't)

Thank for the info. Very helpful. One other thing, I've seen on some posts guys add something called "ALA" to thier post workout drink. . Any idea what this is and what it does???

I use Met Rx with Creatine for a post work out shake. Do I need to add some dextrose to this to make it more effective?? Or, what else can I add if I stick with the Met Rx after a work out?

Can I mix my creatine in with my post workout Met Rx shake??
I mix the Met Rx with plain water. Is this ok?? I know that both creatine and a high protien souce should be taken after a workout so I figured I'd just mix them together...

I'm having trouble get my legs to grow at all. I've been making good gains elsewhere but my legs suck. I can't do squats because of a bad low back but I can do leg presses/hacks. I was working legs once per week -HEAVY!! The guy that owns my gym (former BB) told me try four sets leg press...
Is it ok to take your creatine before your workout?? For some reason, i find I get a better pump when I take it just before I work out. Most of the posts suggest taking it after working out??
Is it because it will be better absorbed at that time??
