With DC training I am only doing 2 warmup sets per exercise then 1 all out set of 5 reps (90-95% max) then R/P for 5 breaths then another 2-3 reps then R/P for another 5 breaths then 2-3 more reps does this sound ok or am I not doin enough warm up sets?

I think you are doing to many sets per body part but once again this different for everyone. 5X5's 2-3 times per body part is too much your probably dead before you get to your 3rd exercise.

I have been doing a cycle of 400 mg of prop a week with 300 mg of deca for about 2 weeks now.
