I've seen a lot of really cut dudes using bad form, so I guess form doesn't really matter if you're bodybuilding. I never see these people do squats and deadlifts either but they are very cut. Maybe squats and deads are overated?
From what I've read, you need to burn some fat to achieve a cut up look. Do some cardio or play some basketball on a regular basis.

I bought the chocolate. It tastes pretty good. Make sure you use a blender, otherwise it gets clumpy. The best value protein powder I've bought so far.
I just started weight training and it seems like Squats, Deadlifts and Bench press are the mass building exercises. I'm worried about the squats because I've heard that you can lose inches off your height doing them. Has anyone ever experienced this?
