Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, any good?

Really? I love the taste of Kaizen....especially they're Strawberry Banana...:fro:

that's why taste is such a difficult measurement for anything - it is very subjective. I must admit, however, that it has been a couple years since I've tried Kaizen's stuff...they didn't even have Strawberry Banana last time I bought it. :)

To figure out what value your protein has take the amount of protein per serving and divide it by the serving size on the label. Next multiply that number by 100 and you have your protein percentage.

For example Optimum 100% Whey contains 22 grams of protein per a serving size of 28.4 grams. Take 22 and divide it by 28.4 which gives you .77 and now multiply by 100 to give your the percentage which is 77% ( 22/28.4 = .77 x 100 = 77% ).

Now in my opinion 77% is not that great, but better than Designer/W Glycerlean @ about 72 %. I personaly like 85% and above, they are out there.

I just bought a tub of Optimum 100% Whey Vanilla, cant wait to crack it open but I'm not quite done with the chocolate. BTW, the chocolate with milk tastes exactly like regular chocolate milk, so gooood.

I bought the chocolate. It tastes pretty good. Make sure you use a blender, otherwise it gets clumpy. The best value protein powder I've bought so far.

Chocolate optimum is good stuff. Someone on here posted indy test results of it a while ago and it came out shining.
