    Yeah I think soon I will get as aggressive with outside training as I am with my inside training. I always worry more about form though so once I think I have that really down on the tire then I'll go for it.

    Felt like I was gonna puke today :) 3x5 Deadlifts 300lbs ez pz 5x3 Pull Throughs 100lbs ez pz 5x5 Hammer Curls 40lns walking yikes this kills me every time. Has anyone else ever tried doing walking bicep curls?

    I do but its not usually from light training. I was mainly praticing form.

    Last time was I suppose Sunday when I did Atlas Stones and Tire Flips, but my chest wasn't sore until wednsday. I did this on Monday.

    For some reason my chest is a bit sore??? I did..... 10x3s of Barbell Bench with 135 10x3s Overheads with 105 10x3s Single Arm Rows with 65 Could it be the double OHP an Bench?

    Ditto. For me I need to start my 1 hour runs at the gym to get up my stamina though. I wanna find my most efficient styles first so I go pretty slow right now.
