Yeah I think soon I will get as aggressive with outside training as I am with my inside training. I always worry more about form though so once I think I have that really down on the tire then I'll go for it.
This is me doing our little tire after some tips from Clint to my friend Matt. All comments are welcomed. Little side note these flips were just me trying out a different style of lift. I wasn't training today as I was not feeling too well(slight hangover after drinking too many warm beers)...

Ditto. For me I need to start my 1 hour runs at the gym to get up my stamina though. I wanna find my most efficient styles first so I go pretty slow right now.
