    Try to pick up and carry big rocks and press them overhead if theres any around. If you're strong enough deadlift the back or front ends of any cars or vehicles that are around, and farmers walks with heavy equipment

You already have health problems and doing these kinds of tests on yourself could just end up making it worse. Why don't you just try to channel all that effort you would put on trying to live on water...

    Does anybody here do this when squatting, pushing up with your arms trying to press the bar off the shoulders to lift more? I've never done it, but I read an article on squat form over on cyberpump.com that describes this technique. Anybody here ever do this?
