    IMO, your cals are about 500 to low. IMO your cals should be about 2220. If your calories are to low, your body will hold on to fat as a survival mechanism. Also, try a 50/30/20 split p/c/f. In addition, I would suggest replacing those bars with real food. Just an idea, good luck!

    to sum up the other replys..... what counts is nutrient density per calorie. 1500 cals of chocolate cake is not the same as 1500 calories of tuna, eggs, chicken and spinach etc. Clean calories are nutrient dense, but junk is calorie dense without the nutritional value.

    Has anyone found it to be significant to eat their carbs in the first 3 meals of the day, and their fat in the last 3? I was thinking as long as your marconutrient totals are where they should be throughout the day it should be no big deal. What do you think? Thanks.
