First I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this message I do really appreciate any input that you can put into the matter.
Let me give you some background info, I’m an 18 year old college freshman attending a Big 10 University. Which provides benefits but a lot of drawbacks also, my senior year in high school I weighed about 300lbs (35% BF) and I decided that it was about time that I lost the weight. I hit the gym and I hit it hard, followed a CKD diet to the letter and I dropped about 50lbs in the span of 8 months but once I reached college the tables turned.
Being a freshman we are forced to live in the dorm in the dorms and pickup a meal plan. Unfortunately for me this would be my ultimate downfall, in a roughly a semester in a half my eating habits went to absolute shit and I gained back all of the weight I lost and I am now back up to 300lbs. This time I am going to loose the weight and loose it for sure.
I absolutely love the CKD but with my meal plan and what they offer here on campus it is not very plausible to do so I come to you for some assistance. Next week I plan on starting a 2 week on/off of Xena/Clen as that has always yielded excellent results for me. This time my goal is not so much muscle sparing as it is just ripping through this fat as fast as I can. I want to loose the majority of my weight before Christmas of next year and I am willing to go to extreme lengths to do so. I need some tips for anyone who goes to college or attends college as far as what to eat.
For Breakfast here we have a variety of options including bagels, fruits, oatmeal and cereal.
Lunch is always something deep fried or very fattening in general but they also have a “Deli” and assorted fruits.
Dinner is the same crap served during lunch and it also has a Deli and a salad bar open.
For more detailed descriptions as far as my options you can checkout http://projects.hfs.purdue.edu/scripts/FoodMenus.exe (note it’s a webpage not a program file) The food avilable to me is from "Owen Hall"
I need tips in both diet and in workout, should I focus mainly on cardiovascular or should I hit the weights also?
Thanks Again!
