I work out monday to friday, Anywhere between an hour and a half to 2 hours a day, weekends off. I'd say i do progression in weight and reps, and i do do a bit of running and cycling
I've been working out for about 2 months, and i just bought EAS 100% Whey Protein, but i'm not really sure when i should take it. I work out about 5 days a week. Anyone wanna help me out here?
