I have a buddy that has used remeron for a long time now, it's prescribed since he suffers insomnia and depression. He gained a LOT of weight. He is my training partner, he's natural but I know that based on how hard he works in the gym he shouldn't be getting a huge gut that he has now. He...
I had a hernia surgery last year... My doctor told me not to lift anything over 20 lbs for 6 weeks, lol.. but I was squatting 300plus after 3 weeks... the doctors lean WAY toward the overly-cautious side when they tell you what you can/can't do. But my hernia was pretty small and didn't take...
There is a dip machine in my gym where you sit down and fix your knees under a pad for support. I grip the handles way back behind me and pound out heavy weight for an insane tricep pump.
Aside from that, I stay away from regular dips since they kill my shoulders which holds me back from hitting...
Thanks for the response bro. It's hard to argue with personal experience. But I'm definitely curious to see the Duchaine article you mention, hopefully I'll be able to come up with it through a search.
Anyone else out there familiar with the science behind this?
Sometimes I see old cycles posted on some old website where the dosages are tapered up. It seems that has become an obsolete approach and the trend is for everyone to try and maintain constant blood levels from start to finish of a cycle. I'm just curious why that is.
It seems to me that you...
CrisisINReno, building muscle is a very slow process. It might feel like you can't gain size if you're expecting it to happen right away. You need to stick with it for the longhaul to get noticeable improvement. Just keep hitting the gym and eating right and you'll grow over time.
I remember making a similar decision. I could get IP for dirt cheap, or Sust for the extra cash. I really wanted to get Sust, but was on a seriously tight budget where every dollar saved would help. I took the IP and had a successful cycle, and had saved some good coin in the process.
If money...
It's always amazing how quickly strength comes back after a layoff. Assuming your injury won't hold you back, you're in a position to make quick progress naturally. Just ride that wave for now and consider a cycle once you've completely rebounded.
I went through the same thing with a hernia...
I travel to Portland for work often, the Bally's there just gives me a free week's pass with no hassle. That's Bally's in Florida sounds pretty fucked up.
Only downside with homebrew is you don't know exactly what kind of concentration you'll manage to get after the conversion. The kits will advertise something like 75mg/mL, or 100mg/mL, but there's going to be some loss depending on how tight your process is.
But that being said... mg for mg...
Thanks liftshard for the response. I should've been more clear about the "domestic dispute". I was acutally charged with misdemeanor (sp?) battery. So I am actually standing trial on a criminal offense.
The accusor has since tried to drop charges, admitting that she was the one that lost her...
Make sure you keep any acne under control. I blew up on my first cycle but broke out like a mofo. I tried to say "I'm just eating lots and using creatine" but when someone in the know notices an unusual amoun of zits on the arms they're like "yeah right".
I am facing a court case (domestic dispute) where the other party told the authorities I may be on AAS.
On what level might the authorities follow up on these claims? They might view AAS use as relevant to this case. Would they go as far as to get a search warrant or monitor my mail? BTW, this...
