It's always amazing how quickly strength comes back after a layoff. Assuming your injury won't hold you back, you're in a position to make quick progress naturally. Just ride that wave for now and consider a cycle once you've completely rebounded.
I went through the same thing with a hernia surgery last year. I was considering to go ahead with my cycle as soon as I could train again, but am glad I waited. Gear should be used when you're at a peak.
