i dunno what effect gear has on it, but i look at it like this:
gear = more work/longer/intenser workouts in gym. this in turn results in more cns work.
so gear may be responsible, but not directly.
i was shut down really really hard after using tren.
but, note i was gutsy and ramped it up to 150mg ED for the last 15 or so days of the cycle. (was on the tren for about 10 weeks total).
libido sucked hard, strength dimished and same with endurance. i probably only kept 60% of my gains.

letro murders my sex drive. ive never had anything do it like letro.
ive used hefty doses of tren/test, and post-cycle libido crash wasn't bad at all. letro is in a whole nother league.
it works soooo damn good though. its a love/hate thing.
the biggest problem in your diet (sc sorta pointed it out), is eating carbs and fats with protien in the same meal IMO.
it should be either carbs + pro, or fat + pro. never both. even healthy fats still don't cut it.
i ate 5000 cals/day clean for about 10 weeks. sure i got great strength and muscle gains....but the fat gains were pretty bad too.

350 pro
