    The most recent research on cardio IS to "go all balls out." By doing it that way, you can get by with 20 min or so ea workout.

    For weight loss, work in the 10 rep range with very short, 30-60 sec rest periods between sets. This will create lactic acid which will increase your GH levels, which will melt your fat.

    I break them with my front teeth and then push them under my tongue. I hold them there with my tongue for about 10 minutes or so. By then they are completely dissolved.

    I would absolutely do cardio. Cardio is important for the heart. Keep that blood flowing. A great way to go if you are bulking is short, very intense 15-20 min. I like doing it on a bike. Dont do it on an empty stomach, make sure you got something in there.
