    I'm with Hannibal on this. A good training partner can make all the difference in the world. As far a s the big guys go, my first partner was benching in the mid 500s raw , when i was hitting a giant 185. Whenever possible , train with people stronger than you.

    they work your chest and your pec delt tie in.Like BigDawg said, slow and strict and don't let the weight carry you past your normal range of motion. Some stretch at the bottom is good, but to much is bad.

    Close Grip VS. Reverse Grip

    I like close grip inclines in addition to rev grips and close grips. The reverse grip is an odd movement at first , but once you get the hang of it you can use significant weights ( I always need a hand off though)
