    i weighed in at 323, i'm 6' and have never checked my body fat %. I'm sure it's not that good but now that i'm going to go lite for a while I hope to get down to around 295, mabey I'll check it then. Later......... BIGJGrimm p.s. thanks for all the positive feed back

    t3c - i started sprinting about 2.5 weeks out, not nearly enuff, so I'm going to start bikeing and walking and then add sprints about 6 to 8 weeks out and yes I will be getting and using the impelements.

    the hardest event by far was the tire flip. 100ft doesn't seem so long untill you start flip'n a 650lbs tire. My cardio gave out and my legs were dead the rest of the day. I plan to drop from 323lbs to around 295lbs and get my cardio work up and going. I also will get all the implaments and...

    I placed fourth out of five heavy wieghts(not so great) but I learned more in five events than I every have before. here were the events and how i did: 1.the dead lift....... opened 405, second 475(straped slipped) failed. placed 5th 2. tire flip(650lbs tire for 100ft)........1min. 21sec...

    alcohol???

    I have a friend who swears that alcohol is a fuel, a macro nutrient as he calls it. He has had some huge days in the gym after a good night of drinking.
