they nor i throw the weights we use excellent form . Its the volume trainers that are quitting and getting injured from what i see. DC training is too much training in my opinion. You need to stimulate growth, get out of the gym , rest and grow.

someone had a league on here last year where we would pick a losing team each week and after we picked that team we couldn't pick that team again. but not sure if he is still a member. It was a sticky during the season.
