I'm looking for a band that you pur around your leg that beeps when you reach horizontal with your thigh (squats). I've heard of such a thing, but don't know where to find one. Anybody?

Over-easy
I like to get 3 Jumbo eggs and cook them over easy. Cook some sliced Healthy Choice link sausage with that. Top it all off with Jalepeno's (I eat peppers with every meal, taste great and I drink a shit load of water). Damn, I'm getting hungry!

What sucks is your workouts number one. And number two, once you get into ketosis and are finally adjusted, not feeling light headed, its time to carb up and start all over again. I'm thinking of going longer between carb-ups next time. Possibly, a full two weeks instead of one.

I met Lee at the U.S.A.'s in Santa Monica a couple years ago. I think it was in July maybe June. Anyway it was hot out and I didn't even recognize him at first. He had a beard and looked like a short pudgy kid. I shit you not! I would love to know how he drops all the weight...
I haven't tried it myself. But, I do know a few people who are currently using it and they all seem to like the stuff. They told me the best thing about it is the energy they get from using it.
