thanks, i didn't even think about that aspect. i always made mine 100% DNP. ginNjuice: if you are fairly certain they are 100-200mg, just take one a day and go by how you feel. however, the safest thing to do would be to throw them out and get a new supply with a dosage you know for sure

i am guessing you dont have access to a good scale, but if you happen to find one, the gel caps usually weigh between 100 and 120mg. just subtract that from the total. if you would like to send me one to measure, i can help you out, assuming that all the caps you have are from the same order...
