Before I get flamed, let me clarify. Insulin syringes are marked in IUs. So, a typical insulin syringe is 1cc/100units. So, with your HCG, you would need to know how many IUs per cc you have. For example, my HCG comes in 10,000IU's per 10cc. Or 1000IUs per cc. I dose at 250IUs at a time...

Use insulin syringes. Why don't you get Rx from your doc and just buy it from a pharmacy? Especially if you have health insurance. Usually, HCG is in IU's, same as insulin, but I do not know about Profasi, so maybe some one can confirm the measurement.

FYI - there is a post that goes into how to dose posted by Eviscerator. However, you need to determine how many units of HCG you have in total by volume. For example, I get 10,000 IUs and dilute it with 10 cc of BW. That gives me 1,000IU per CC. In your case, that would be 1/2 CC = 500 units...
