    i know my coach doesn't know anything, he claims he gets his workout from colleges... practice his afterwards on mon and tues, and thurs sometimes... after workout we do dots and jump rope (pretending to have a rope)

Mon Box Squat- 2X3, 1X10 Towel Bench (Benching with like a 4 inch box on your chest so you don't go down...

    yea i just like to bulk cuz it helps me gain strength easier, and then lose the fat and see bigger muscles... that's what i've been doing, and it seems to work well for me...

    yea i did take the pics with a cell phone 5 months ago so they are lower quality, but i do no i put on a lot of fat from bulkin, i plan to lose it all with a solid diet, thanks for the comment

    i heard that when u arch ur back the reason why it is easier is because u are making the distance you have to lift the weight much smaller... for real strength gains in your chest ur back should stay flat imo

    my question is, if creatine works so well as everyone claims, why has it yet to be banned? M-1-T came out and was off the market in a very short time period. I've taken creatine and not seen any results...

    Updated 5 months later... I am now 6'3, 210 lbs. I lifted for about a month after that, and took two months off, and ive been lifting for the past two. I added a lot of fat, but muscle as well.. My biceps look like they are not there b.c the day b4 i lifted with them and was too tired to flex...
