    Soreness around my elbows

    I was doing bench pressing this week, and it gives me a clicking experience in the shoulder. Also, i get real soreness around my elbow region; both above the elbow near the triceps and below near my forearm. Do you think I could have damaged tendons/ligaments? Thanks

    Tired and Lethargic

    I am having breakfast hour before I train. I don't drink tea/coffee in morning. Someone suggested that it could be due to low iron levels as I don't consume enough red meat. I normally eat between 30-60 mins after I train.
