Hi people, I have a dilemma, wondering whether you all can help me.
I am wanting to start cutting cycle in a months time. I don't really ahve much muscle as it is and am holding bodyfat.
Now, I want to train at least 5-6 times a week for about a month and then assess results.
I was thinking of doing weights 3 times a week, and cardio on all the days.
However, this has posed a few dilemmas for me obviously?
Firstly, shall i do my cardio in the morning? I maybe too knackered to do it after a weights session.
Secondly, what will be the most effective form of cardio? I was considering hitting the cycle machine at the gym for an hour. Level 11/12 maybe on random mode. I don't like running because of the impacts.
Is there anything else i can do to make it more effective? I may take up boxing as well.
My priority is to cut up and lose fat, and hopefully build muscle at the same time.
Advice, criticism highly welcomed and needed.
