Adderlin and Superstim nausea? - New member
I began reading this forum searching for an energy (possibly with focus) supplement that won't make me sick or give me a headache. After reading a lot of info on this forum I sort of had it narrowed down to superstim or Adderlin. I was getting pretty excited about Adderlin and all of the reviews on here until I stumbled across a website in which a few reviews said that it made these folks really sick.
I work from 9-5 every day and go to college with a couple night classes and online classes. I'm an unhealthy feeling 6'1, 230 and I'm 29 years old. I hardly have the energy to get through a workday letalone hit the gym after. I was a gym junkie back in the day about 7-8 years ago but have really slipped since then.
I have to get a diet lined out. I know this... very important.. but I just wanted to ask about a supplement to help with the energy factor too because I'm feeling pretty run down.
I've had my day ruined by supplements more than a few times in the past. Especially ones with really heavy doses of caffiene. I also know there's tons of info on this site about both of these supplements but I can't seem to find a definitive answer on whether or not nausea is a real factor with either of these supplements. Do needto or the guy that sells superstim do any samples? I'm looking to be a long term user of an energy/thermo supplement if I can find the right one.
Thanks in advance and this place seems to be the best fitness resource I've found.
