Please tell me what you think about that as a first cycle !
What are the disadvantages of this cycle (if there are) and why ?
Is there a need to change smth in the cycle to make it better or take smth else instead ?

diet, don't say "it's good" post SPECIFICLLY what you eat :
1 meal : 2 eggs + 100-120 gr ham + slice of bread
2 meal : curds 250 gr + 2 slices of bread + apple
3 meal : 130 gr of boiled chiken + 120 gr pasta/spelled + 2 tablespoons of myoneese+ 2 cucambers + glass of milk
4 meal : 250 gr curds + 2 slices of bread + apple
5 meal : 130 gr boiled chiken + 120gr pasta/spelled + 2 tablespoons of myoneese + tomato/2 cucambers + glass of milk
6 meal (not always) : 250 gr curds + 2 slices of bread + apple
supps (if any) : last 2 months not taking, but first 2 years of training have taken gainer mostly - Serious Mass and Muscle Juice, last 1.5 years taking protein - Met-rix or Syntrax.
training history : 3.5 -4 years.
