Unsure of what to do...

So I'm pretty sure I've finally picked a show I'd like to do - which is in the fall. My first one ever, and I expect to get my ass kicked, but I want the experience and would love to say I've done one!

Here is my internal struggle. I've been on cycle now for 11 weeks - two mini cycles actually that ran back to back. I have 3 weeks left on my current 750mg Test E cycle. ANYWAY - I'm still making gains, but they are coming slower like they always do. I'd like to be quite a bit bigger before I go to cut down near the end of summer for the show. I'm debating whether or not to come off...

In the past I've run for up to 9 months straight, came off, no PCT (I was in a situation where I couldn't. It involved bars and stripped clothing), I lost all the gains which I blame on restricted shitty jail diet and no equip, but my body recovered fine. Anyway, I recognize the risk in staying on for that long just to do a silly show that I know isn't going to turn me pro.

However I kind of feel it's worth the risk. Some will agree others will call me foolish. I guess I have to decide for myself.

If I decide to stay "on," is it best to just keep changing gear in 8-10 week "cycles" to keep gains fresh? Are there things I should avoid?

Also if you have concerns about staying on that long, I am open to hearing your experience etc. I'm not an idiot, and I don't ask questions unless I am willing to hear advice and listen and learn. Some dudes make a post, everyone advises against it, and they write back saying "Ok, I'll do it anyway." It's like "thanks for wasting everyone's time jerk bag." Ok - those who compete and those that can share their insight - talk to me!
 
ok thats good lol..man IMO i would blast and cruise,but you have to make that decsion on your own.i would do a 8week cutter wiht tren about 8 -8 and half weeks before the show..if intersted we can go over cycle ideas
 
I would just blast and cruise with test and throw other things in here and there.
 
My question then is what is the point of "cruise?" If I'm going to be suppressing myself, why lower the dosage at all? Does it clear receptors for the blasts, making them more effective?
 
saves your balls,and if you stad at500mgs after a matter of time to gain anything youll be on 1gram of test aqnd its a never ending thing
 
u return to a cruise becoz it allows ur body to get out of developing homestasis which is its adapting to higher doses of steroids that your on

its does this through lowering myostatin levels, increasing SHGB, increasing cortisolic hormones etc, these all weaken gears effects

wen u return to a cruise u lower ur test dose to an anabolic dose thats high enough to allow you to maintain urs gains (say 250mg or 300mg) but also is low enough to allow your SHGB, myostatin levels, cortosolic hormones etc all to adjust to the lower dose, inevidably making the lower dose ineffectiove for it to build muscle, but high enough to maintain ur gains

you then blast (high dose of steroids) which make u anabolic again and you have the usual 8-10 week tiem frame where your body highly sensitive to the high doses of steroids until it develops homeostatis once again and you need to return to another cruise

make sense?

i personly follow this protocol and it works very effectively

unfortuanly as your get bigger, your cruise dose and blast doses will increase but thats entirely up to you and how far you decide to take it

That was extremely informative, thank you! I may as well just take the last few weeks of my 750mg and begin the 250mg cruise, since my gains have started to slow a great deal.
