CAN U RUN CLEN LIKE THIS.......? some help please!!!

hi,
just wondering can u run a fat burning cycle of clen and Ephedrine thike this..???

1-2 Ephedrine tabs in the morning 40min bfor work out
.2 clen 200mcg 6hours later
.2 clen 200mcg right b4 bed. (iv used both products and hhave no trouble sleeping)

Run it like 1 week on 1week off.

i wannted to run it like this because i find the ephdrine give mi a little more of a boost,and charges me b4 a work out.. whilst the clen kinda leave me a little lethargic.

Also will this have any strain on the liver.. i just came off cycle and strict diet and my blood works show abnormality in the live.. tho the doc says theres nothing to worry about.

my aim is to drop a few kgs that i put on as a result of rebound...
 
200mcg with 50mg ephedra in AM?? I would go with 100mcg clen and 50mg AM and 8 hours later 100mcg clen..
If you dose 400 a day starting off you will burn your receptors too fast.
 
I personally think using over 70-80mcg twice day is overkill and I never had enhanced fatloss from using 200mcg just WORSE sides but thats just me!

Looks like hes saying he'd do 8 - 16mg Ephedrine in the AM.
40mcg Clen 6 hours later.
And another 40mcg clen before bed.

Let me know if I'm wrong Pix.

day one clen 40 mcg run 3 days then up to 60mcgs,3 days later up to 80mcgs until you gt the jitters then back down. caution taper off slowly do not suddenly stop Clen.after 2 weeks switch to adderlin after 2 weeks on it add benadryl in the evening before bed to refresh the receptors. there are many ways to run clen ,this is just one of them.
 
completely agree, i really never understood why people love to use clen to burn fat, i see people get shredded off tren/test/masteron/ephidrine/t3 etc

but i dont see guys getting shredded from clen, i see them loose some fat and talk about wicked shakes and side effects

personly i wouldnt waste my money on clen, used it before and all i can say is lots of sides, for minimal fat burning

better off just cutting out 50 grams of carbs in a meal, saves u money and ud loose weight faster




I agree ,i do not believe on relying on a pill to achieve my goals, nothing replaces hard work ,plus its a win -win situation ,you increase cardiovascular activity, lower blood pressure ,raise yur BMR ,a ton of stuff!

yer mate spot on..
  • 20-40mg of Ephe in the morning b4 my workout
  • 6 hours later 40mcg of clen\
  • then right b4 bed another 40mcg.

i have heard altot about this 'benadryl" We have that brand in AUS is it cough syrup??? sorry if the question sounds silly.

so u say 2week on two weeks off? what if i can get benadryl, or Adderlin?

I agree with Radar. You will get better results using adderllin. Ephedrine and Clen work on the same receptor.

yer true.. but thats why i was thinkn of takeing the Ephe in the morning b4 my work out in substitute for one of the 3 doses of clen.. would that b ok to do??

so ill be doing:
Eph, clen,clen
isteed of
Clen. clen, clen.

and yer i might grab some Adderllin for my off weeks..
