Anavar cycle in prep for spring break

So spring break is about 9 weeks away, im going to hit a cycle of anavar to try and cut. i have my diet down good with the 6meal a day plan. whats the ideal workout plan to be on to maximize my results from the var?
 
Full body workouts. Minimal Rest, lot's of Volume. Lots of super sets and giant sets. A different workout everyday. That'll rip ya up if the diet is on lock.
 
i was thinking of going that way and what i had in mind was mwf doing a 300 workout i found 25 pullups-50deadlifts-50pushups-50boxjumps-50floor wipes-50 single arm clean and press-50 pullups. and on the other 3 days of training doing the spartacus workout. if your not familiar its a cirtcuit of 10 workout. you do each workout for 60 secondfs non stop, rest 15 then the next one 3x through. the workouts are goblet squat, mountain climber, single arm dumbbell swing, t-pushups, split jumps, dumbbell rows, dumbbell side lunges, pushup position rows, dumbbell lunge and rotate, dumbbell push press. any thoughts? im not looking to get huge, just burn off the unwanted fat and gain some definition.
 
the problem with anavar at 60+mg per day is you will be having some sever lower back pumps (yes i don't care how much water you drink) so high volume may be out of the question.. If that's it, lower the dose.. 40mg day..

Get your hrt above 145 (don't know your age/bf so i can't say exactly) and keep it there for 45-1 hr.. doesn't really matter more than that.. doing it longer does not mean you are burning more fat..

after 1 hour at an elevated HR.. do 40min to 1 hr of low intensity cardio hr not more than 110... that will allow for the body to burn stored fats vs glycogen..

hows that for ya..
 
Don't overcomplicate things. Lift hard and heavy, change up your exercises and rep schemes, eat clean, and do cardio. That is ALL you need to do.

Thats exactly right no need to complicate things and try and reinvent the wheel here, lift hard stay in the 10-14 rep range switch it up cardio 3 times a week good diet and your good to go bro enjoy;)

I love the three hundred workout. It's tough as shiz on the body but it will shred you up. the never heard of the Spartan workout. You got a link to that?
As far as What spy said, the lower back pumps could definitely affect your workouts. I would also slowly implement this stuff also the 300 workout is only to be done 3 times a week max. Those other days you might want to take it easy.

This is alll great advice guys i appreciate it. as far as back pumps, i took the same anavar cycle over the summer and had no problems. and i dont have enough posts to add links haha, but gogole mens health sparticas workout then use images and u should see a poster like picture with 10 workouts
