New member
i'm on 250mg shering testoviron, just cruising for 8 weeks then will up the test to 500mg for 10 weeks and add tren for around six of those.

i cannot stop snoring ( i'm not usually a snorrer), and i mean its like chewbukka has moved in and turned my house into wookie's gone wild. i got a baby due in 15 days and its killing my womens sleep ( please note i sleep like a baby ) and she's totally supportive of my gear use but thats coming to an end if i cant subdue the beast....

any suggestions for snoring troubles.??

new born baby and tren don't go together do your family a favour and come off for a year

I didnt know gear caused snoring..

i snor everytime i gear..... like a banshee...... and i dont wanna come off i really only just jumped on, and i was more thinkin of the tren for me not for the baby :D. its abit frustrating cos i dont get any sides from anything but letro and bombs, and snoring gunna bring the kingdom down.

you can either move into a different bedroom (with the door closed) for a while, or you can try methods like using Breathe Right strips (which probably won't help if it's not congestion related). There are mouth pieces you can try that are OTC and cheap that might help too. You could try telling your wife to wear earplugs too.

If your wife is due in 15 days, she's not going to be sleeping well anyway. Whether from needing to pee or back/pelvic pain/discomfort, she ain't getting a full night's sleep 99% of the time.

Good luck bro. Might be spending a few nights in the spare room or on the couch.

nose strips mouth piece or living room couch might do the trick although ive never had this problem unhappy wife equals miserable you

Have a sleep test done. You may have sleep apnea. Snoring is a big symptom. Sleep apnea is nothing to fuck around with.

Possible OSA, but doubtful from how he's describing it. He should have his wife listen to him when he wakes her up to see if he stops breathing at all.

forcd, do you feel sleepy during the daytime? In the afternoons do you ever feel the need to take a nap, or if you were sitting quietly watching TV or reading would you be likely to fall asleep?

Would you be likely to fall asleep as a passenger in a car riding for one hour? Would you be likely to fall asleep as the driver of a car when stopped at a stoplight or in very slow traffic?

Would you be likely to fall asleep after a meal? At work?

Do you have allergies? Smoke? Use alcohol? Sinus problems? Ever had Nasal surgery? Wake up feeling overly tired or un-rested? Wake up with a headache? Wake with excessively dry mouth? How many times do you wake up each night (on average)?

These are the types of questions that, depending on how you answer would cause your doctor to refer you to a Pulmonologist or order a sleep study.

Google Berlin Test for OSA and Epworth Spleepiness Scale for the questionnaires.

That's the weirdest side effect i've ever heard of... How can steroids make u snore?

rapid weight gain and large neck (over 17" diameter) are factors that could easily be had with AAS use.

well i've put on around 15kg in the 12 weeks of blasting.... i've never questioned the snoring cos has always happened when cycle, soon as come off i'm quiet as a mouse again.

ceo, i can pretty much say yes to all your questions but for the falling asleep as a driver. but i dont think its anything out of the ordinary, an hour as a pasenger is boring so i tire, i unfortunatly suffer depression which causes severe tiredness through my day. not every day but if i'm having a bad day... i get up of a night around three times busting for a slash but i train at 9.30pm so my pre workout, during workout and post workout drinks are consumed close to bedtime so i blame that as there would be around 2 litres of water just there. i dont smoke i do have the occasional beer or 5 but rarely. no nasal surgery and in my 30 years i've yet to experience a headache. i do tire after eating but i'm not sure its the eating i think it might be ceasing activity while i eat, by time i'm finished eating and time to get back to work i'm all out of mojo. and although put on abit this cycle i dont have a large neck, more turtle like. i actuall tried sleepin on the couch and apparently i can still be heard, i take anti depressants, plus an anti phsycotic before bed which put me in a deep sleep but then i was taking those before the cycle and no snore.

Bro, I honestly think you need to have a sleep test. Maybe it's not OSA but there could be something else. OSA made me feel so horrible physically and mentally that I honestly came close to suicide.

yeah mite do that, but i can see the solution if its only an issue when i gear then i'm guessin they'll say dont gear dont gear. but what would life be like...... empty...... sad......small.

I've been around weight rooms and juicers for more than 20 years amd I have never heard of gear causing snoring. However juice could be an indirect factor by thickening your neck.

I've snored most of my life and weight/neck size was never an issue. I had a sleep test done about 10 years ago. I didn't show any signs of sleep apnea. I've researched ways to stop snoring because I can get loud! The one thing that, according to my wife, was working were my tongue exercises. (no not those ones!) A few times a day, I would push my tongue straight out as far as it could go and hold for a few seconds. I'd do several reps of that. Then, keeping my mouth and jaw still, I would stick my tongue straight out again and then try to reach as far to the right & left as I could. Supposedly, this helps firm up the muscles in the back of the mouth to keep the tongue out of the way during sleep.

weight gain can be a factor. Gear can cause that.

Go over to places like marunde muscle or elitefts, or just anywhere big powerlifters or strongmen are. Big guys who have been using gear a long time. You'll find out a lot of them not only snore, but many are using CPAP machines due to OSA.

I'm sure there's a bunch of 6 ft tall, 180 pound juicers, on their 5th cycle here who don't snore though. :)
