help, second cycle, bought lots, what should i this time, then next time?

plan on competeing in 2012, want to take the stage by storm and fly right nationals on my first go.

i did one cycle of dbol, 25-50mg a day and a 200mg every3days
havnt done a cycle for 3 years

just bought a few bottles of test e, test p, test c, test 400, deca 300, alot of sust, 2 bottles of dbol, anadrol and anavar
got like 20 bottles total

i been on sust for 4 weeks at 250 every 3rd day and was taking dbol on work out days the first 3 weeks.

now i got alot of gear here, and i'll get more as needed.
so i got about a year and 3 months to grow like a mother fucker.
with out compramizing my health how would you guys put your cycles together out of this and how much of a break inbetween would you take?
good to hit the deca soon? or just a test first then deca on my 3rd one. what ya boys figure

oh, and i got just the clomid and hcg, nova for pct. its old school but thats all i got, in canada, cant get alot of your stuff accross the boarder. also got a bottle of clenbuteral. help with that would also be nice.
 
lmao, i know a decent amount it, huge geek when it comes to this. my bigger consern is it what order should i mix what i got up. like should i start the deca asap, and how long to waite inbetween cycles. one cycle is pretty simple to go if you read this site for a while. take test, use something to kick start it, add in deca,eq or other shit into the mix for the last ten weeks. its not much to it, im just wondering what to do cause you never here about long term goals, just one cycle at a time. i got lots of shit to take with the prize being over a year away
 
Fair enough but saying that its simple just proves you don't really know as much as you think. Granted, yes you can read this or a number of other sites for all of five minutes and put together a cycle and realize that you have to have PCT...this by no means makes you an expert on the subject nor have you really even begun to scratch the surface. Its not a "just add water" process its different for everyone and months if not years of research should go into the subject before you pick up your first syringe.

For starters you don't even know some of the very basic information; spacing between cycles. Since you asked it needs to be at the very least the same duration between as the time you are on (i.e - you run for 10 weeks you need to take ten weeks off before starting up)...this in my opinion is to harsh on the body and I would suggest 2x the amount of time off that you are on so take a 20 week break after a 10 week cycle.

Wrong...you got lots of shit to learn and looks like your already out the door to learn it the hard way. Not to rain on your parade but doubt you are going to be in shape to be winning any prizes especially when your starting a cycle at 16%, BF your estimate.

i'll take it as constructive critism and not start chirping. never claimed to be a pro on the stuff. just read most of the stuff around. i dont think i fucked anything up by being on sust for 5 weeks with some dbol. thats been simple, also been a natural lifter for the most part, as for the not winning i;ll have that shit in the bag. i;m like 17 months away from my first contest, why would i give a shit about bf now? i'm bulking for close to another 12 months. i know training and eating, just never really been a fan of juicing but i'm opening a gym and starting a personal traing company so i figure if i'm a national competitor it would look good. i'll take the advice but i dont think i screwed myself over at all. anyone else think i did?
 
decide what you want to do first... you have both long and short esters so you can go either way. Bulk or cut.... but none of it matters unless you have your eating habits down packed...

agreed, i eat every 3 hours usually and take 2 to 3 shakes a day. i put on about 50 pounds in 5 years of training. did the up and down thing too, women can throw a wrench into things.

Ok your a big boy so I'm guessing you got some decent knowledge on diet and training since you have only cycled once so lets keep it simple. You've already start sus250 so we'll stick with that. Run the dbol for another week (so 4 weeks total) by the time u finish your dbol the sus250 would of kicked in. Run the sus250 for 10-12 weeks. Make sure your eating like a horse and getting a shit ton of protein, i can't stress this part enough or else your wasting your time, money and fucking up your body for no reason. Keep the anadrol and other testosterone you got for your next cycle and use anavar for the last part of your cycle bridging to PCT. How much anavar do you have? What dosage are the tablets? Optimally at your weight 80mg-100mg per day for 6 weeks will give you some retainable strength and lean muscle, hardening and a bit of fat loss if your diet is fairly clean. Goodluck champ and next time maybe ask these questions BEFORE you start your cycle. And i hope you have PCT meds coming along soon.

boom, thanks man this is info on what i wanted to know. i was just going to do this one simple, test and dbol. i can get more, the money aspect of it and avivlibily are not an issue, i got armidex, nova, hcg clomid all that by my side, wouldnt start with out it. thanks for reconizing that i do have decent training knowledge on here. i run into many guys that think you can just stab yourself for a few months and thats all there is to body building, i am not one of these jack offs but am often treated like that on here.....why i dont know, maybe i sound more uniformed than i am.
