Hello everyoneI just started my fitness program. what dietary supplements is right for me. I am still obese and I am afraid that it will have an adverse reaction if I take some supplements. Do I need a doctors advice first?

Diet is going to be very crucical. I recommend you get a hormonal and organ blood test, then get your diet in check. Feel free to pm me.

If you're truly at the very beginning of your journey, I would suggest laying some practical groundwork by buying Arnold's Encyclopedia. This is something hardly ever discussed or recommended anymore, because many of the members here and elsewhere have been doing this on a high level for years, but it serves an excellent and timeless purpose for someone like you.

With a little more info about yourself and what you are doing, i am sure there will be some people on here willing to give some great advice that is personally suited for your needs, but for knowing nothing about you I would say just focus on training and diet right now. Since you just started you should get some good and easy results with just that. If you are unhealthy enough to be concerned about possible adverse health effects from just exercise alone, assuming you will not be over training the crap out of yourself and or going on a crash diet, then yes a trip to the doctor might not be a bad idea.
