Because he likes his coaches obedient, docile, and under his thumb. If he actually has a badass coach that knows how to run the shit (i.e. Jimmy, Parcells) well, that shit just aint gonna last too long because eventually Jerry has to get his fuckin dickskinners all up in their business and they dont like it, which = getting shitcanned or resigning.
I swear to Gut if he hires Bill Cower or Gruden and fucks it up with them Im going to personally plant C4 on that stadium.

I grew up in Dallas during the early 90s, so naturally I was a big Cowboys fan. Everybody says as long as Jerry meddles with the team and tries to be the coach, they'll never win anything ever again. The only reason they had success under Jimmy was Jerry decided to STFU for a few seasons, but eventually he couldn't stand not getting all the attention and started up his BS.

And I agree about Gruden. If he screws that up then that's an epic fail.

i think jason garrett might be good enough as coach. i duno much about the guy they promoted to be D coordinator, but hopefully he's good because there is massive amounts of talent on that end and ive gotten sick of seeing wade squander it all
