How often do you get hugged?

Time is what is important to me and my family and I give them lots of it. I don't have to be showered with physical affection or dripped in kisses. I just want time from the people who say they love me. I've heard the I love you crap when it's empty, and it does not mean shit if there is nothing behind it. There are a million ways to show love and it does not have to be with a hug or a kiss or a phrase My parents may not have hugged me often, but they were always there for me and still are there for me to this day, I know they love me, and I know they know I love them because of the time I spend w/ them.

I get plenty throughout the day. I also give plenty. for me, its almost automatic, i don't really think before hugging friends and family.
