Living a Christ like life is a worthy mission no matter what your convictions

This to me is the whole purpose of Christ. I don't believe he was God but his son.

I've always thought of the Bible as an historical account of the lives and times of early Jews/Christians. The canonical scriptures which I take issue with, can be somewhat bias and subject to interpretation. At this stage of my life I want to know who 'God' is. I leaning towards an alien life form.
