Hi guys, im about to run my first cycle of Var. Im 210 pounds, 6ft, carrying a little body fat. Train 5 days a week, 3 good sessions and then 2 light sessions as i attend rugby training on these days. I was looking for a little bit of fat stripping, and also a strength increase aswell for the extra edge. Im thinking of starting off on 30mg of var a day, and then going up to 40mg a day after 2 weeks or so. any help on when to take/dosage amounts would be helpful.
I have also been given clenbuterol aswell by a mate who swears by them for cardio and fat loss? any help on this would be much appreciated aswell. Any education you guys can do?
