I want to just make lean gains, no pie or moon face side effects. I work a job where I can't have people to look at me and say "he's on the juice". yes i know sometimes I shouldn't care but for my job I have to. Please I'm not looking for "well don't do it" or any sarcastic answers. Just some suggestions of a cycle I can use, to increase my lean body mass and lower my bf%. Looking for something around a 4-8 week cycle, nothing too long.
