One other thing to consider about surgery is that it will leave a hole where the glands used to be and that will give you loose skin that will suck unless you get the plastic surgeon to fix that as well. I know, the VA took out some lumps and didn't call down the plastic surgeon. They promised to make sure my nips and such remained flat, but when I woke up they were puffy with some loose skin. And they left some glands in that are still sore. I don't take my shirt off in public and it is gonna cost my 4500 to get it fixed correctly.

I started taking letro on advice of need2 and they have started to almost dissolve! Now this is gyno ive had for over 4 yrs and it is very advance.

Im still in the progress of therapy. The actual tissue is going but the fat is remaining... i think cardio will fix that prob lol

I have Gyno since puberty and had it removed by surgery 3 years ago. (now am 36 years old)

The Gyno came back exactly the way it was within a year. That's a lot of money and pain to come back to square one.

I'm about to try Needto's program, and I must say he as been very helpful and generous of his time.

I have made my homework and read everything out there from the "how to lose man boobs" guides to the famous letro-novaldex program.

Needto's approach seems to be more complete. Excited to start.

Now the only thing I am scared of, is that they will come back again after. But I understand now that you must bring important changes in your health life, testosterone level and food intake to prevent this from happening.

I've been following needto's advice and have been running liquid Letro/Prami for 9 weeks. Puffiness is down a great deal, and the lump is slowly going away. I would say this combo is certainly working for me.

needto knows gyno.

I got gyno lumps on my first tren cycle. The got steadily worse with every cycle I did after that.

After having them for about 3 years, I decided to give 2.5mg/day of letro for 30 days a try. It was a miserable 30 days but the gyno went away completely. Got a little rebound after I stopped the letro so I jumped on 20mg/day of nolvadex for 2 weeks and the gyno was banished for good.

Now I use a small amount of letro for every cycle the everything is good.

What would you consider to be a small amount of preventative letro use?

Ive noticed hair thinning from letro and for some reason I noticed I lost a patch of hair on my chest. Ive used letro for a gyno lump in the past and in my experience it shrank the lump but it has never gone away. I believe those who have experienced the lump to go away completely didnt have a lump to begin with. It was possibly just the gland flaring up and the letro made the flaring up subside

I too am on needto's gyno removal program, and have been on 1.25 mg Letro and .25 mg Prami ED for past 3 weeks...the disc shaped mass behind my nipple feels like it is getting softer, still have the puffiness, and yes I have had this for years, and yes would pay almost anything to get rid of it. Needto is a fucking stand up bro...period! He has helped me, and even last night while he is on a trip in California, he took my phone call at 10 pm to answer a question and discuss the next steps to move forward with this...and he isn't charging me a dime! Most people in this day and age of greed would not help without monetary retribution, but needto helps out of the kindness of his heart...a true iron brother IMO. I am also utilizing Forma and HCGenerate, so just going to keep going here as my sex drive is weakened, but if my wife attacks me...no problem, it is fucking on! Feeling fine too, so no real side affects, and I know I have to be realistic here...I have had this gyno for years, it won't go away in days or weeks, it will take some time and I have more time than money for surgery at this point.

Thanks needto...you are golden in my book bro!

Could be very true...have to report my progress to needto today, but it seems like the lumps/discs were shrinking but have stopped and still have the puffy crap...it sucks, to the point you just want to take a fucking steak knife and just cut it out yourself, for a bodybuilder it really does cause depression and kills any drive and motivation to move forward with your physique because you know when you take your shirt off that they are there. Which is why, like needto, I am going to devote my time and educate the importance of PCT and AI's on cycle as well as cycle support supplements to all these damn kids who come onto this forum, and others, asking for cycle advice and not having any clue about PCT or any of it. The thing that really kills me is when I tell them to grab HCGenerate, Unleashed/Post Cycle combo, Forma Stanzol, and N2 Guard the first thing they comment on is the expense...well kids let me tell you, it costs about $300 for PCT and cycle support supplements, give or take a few bucks, and obviously this does not include Adex, Clomid, or Aromasin since many still use these compounds for PCT as well, but living with gyno, and now spending the money on several of the products listed above along with Prami and Letro to try and kill existing gyno when these supplements could have been used to prevent it if I was educated enough in the past by knowledgable bros here and needto, then I wouldn't also be living with this depression and knowing that most likely in order to really erraticate it will take a $3500+ surgery that has its drawbacks as well. It is a fucked up thing for any man who thrives for achieving the best physique they can build to deal with...kind of makes you feel less of a man and why did this have to happen to you/me? I wish that the Letro/Prami would work faster...better, but also the realization is that I have lived with it for years, it isn't going to just take weeks to get rid of...it may take months, so keeping that in mind this combo I am assuming may need time to really be able to work...I'm hoping. Sorry for the rant, bothers me more than you can imagine!
