hollly helll. Tried the muscle marinade today and let me tell you best pre workout ive tried. Still wanting to work out and I took it 3 and a half hours ago. Feels like when you get a lot of rest and you're just in a good mood to workout.

Muscle Marinade is good stuff! Has all of what a pwo needs with a solid dose of BCAA's and creatine mono.
