Female HGH & anavar, first cycle

Hi everyone. I've been lurking for a while, but this is my first post on the forum. I'd like a few opinions on how to run a successful gh & anavar cycle.

Current stats:
24 year old female
5'7" height
155-160 lbs
18.6% bf
Training for 6 years
Current training: 5 day split, cardio 5-6x week @ 30mins (SS & hiit included + 1 plyo session)
Current nutrition: 6-7 meals, about 1450cals, 200g pro, 85g carbs (20g fiber), 32g fats

Have run clen before 2 weeks on/2 off (3 cycles) to cut up for summer 2009, but looking to try gh & var to compete in heavyweight bb division in 4-5 months.

For my first cycle of var & gh I was thinking of running both simultaneously for 12-16 weeks... 2 IUs gh in morning on empty stomach and 20mg anavar per day.

I have a heavy background in physiology, exercise science, and nutrition, but have little experience with AAS. Have done plenty of research and am ready to take the next step. I'm curious what others think of my proposed dose and cycle length for a female and your experiences with either of these components? Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well....
 
Are you running 2iu 7 days per wk ?

I'd say start @ 10 mg Ed on the Var ,is it HG or UGL , if you have no nasty sides (and I think you know what they are to look for ) then go up to 20 mg .
Var can be hard on the lipids if ran for lenght so try and get blood work to keep an eye on this .

2IU's is alot to start for a female. Will be lots of swelling, CTS etc...

Yeah I was planning on running the gh 2iu 7 days per week... was gonna start at 1iu/day for the first week and ease into it to avoid joint pain/swelling and assess how I felt. Unless there's a better suggestion?? I was almost thinking 1iu per day over 12-16 weeks of precontest would be enough for a female...

The var is UGL, gonna start at 5-10mg/day and work up to 20mg by the end of the week.

Had blood work done in October so I know where I'm starting from :). (And I did post in women's thread as well)...
 
1450 cals for your weight seems low. what are you doing right now in terms of gaining/ cutting/ maintaining? I will not give advice for AAS use, there are many female members that have a lot more experience than I do! lol

Just went on-season and tryin to cut for my bb comp in 4-5 months while keeping my size. I carry a lot of mass for a female and I love it! I don't want to jeopardize it while cutting. I'm at 18.6% bf last week I checked and need to get to single digits for comp!
 
Cutting calories are around 10-12x your bodyweight, correct, in that case you're looking at starting around 1920 cals for cutting. Do you have someone advising you with your diet and training? I can refer someone (a woman) if you like, send me a pm if u want.

I've been cutting for a little bit here, so originally when I started, yes, my calories were cut to 1800 and relatively little cardio. Now its "on-season" time I like to call it where everything is dialed in properly and I've worked my way down to 1450 cals. I work with an IFBB Pro for about a year now on nutrition so he takes care of all of that for me. I just mass-cook everything and eat, haha.

He also advised me on the AAS and he is very experienced with it... but as with everything, I believe its wise to do my own research as well, so I came here looking for a little bit more advice on gh and var for a female cycle. He suggested I run gh no more than 2IUs and var @ no more than 20mg throughout my 12-16 weeks contest prep... just wanted to make sure that sounds about right!

I would be 100% diet is critiqued for youer needs.
Most women I work with do really well on 5-10mg of AVAVAR,,and it stacks nicely
with otc creatine.
With the HGH I would start with 1iu daily and see how you respond.
 
Ok so I've been 9 days on gh, low-dose .5 IU so far. Gonna add in var starting tomorrow 5mg only for now. Visually, fat loss is continuing with my nutrition and training--great there. So tell me though, as a woman on my first cycle, is it possible that I really am noticing/feeling harder and stronger after just mere days on such a low dose?

Normally when I low-carb, I'm completely flat and deflated til a carb-up day, but currently on the gh, I'm very firm everywhere. My lifts on EVERY bodypart have increased this week--squats, deads, leg presses, military presses, benching... So I don't think its my mind playing tricks on me. I've hit new personal records on one lift or another every day this past week. Possible or placebo-effect, haha, either way, I'm pleased so far...

Only drawback is getting slight headaches almost daily--not painful, but more annoying than anything. Slight water retention too, ehh no biggie. More water needed to combat retention and headaches? Any thoughts?
